The Consistent Income Formula
The internet millionaires I know have all used this 5 step process to build their online fortunes. Using this process, they have all built a sustainable online business that delivers a consistent income. It is the one way to make money online.
Do you know what you need to build a sustainable internet business?
Do you know what foundations you need to have in place to make money online?
Did you know 98% of people with a website are not making any money online. Some don’t want to, but if you are one of those who want to make money online this is for you.
I will show you the framework you need in place to make a living online.
It really isn’t that hard.
You need 5 things. These are the pillars or foundation of your business.
You need something to sell and someone to sell it to. The 5 pillars revolve around something to sell and someone to sell it to.
Your business is your list. You need a list of buyers that you can sell to repeatedly. With a list, it doesn’t matter if you are number one on Google or if Facebook or YouTube closes your account. Your list is yours and you can still make money if something unforeseen happens.
I heard over and over when I started, build a list, but I never really did anything because I kept thinking how will I get traffic.
People worry about driving traffic and how to get traffic. But if you don’t have something to sell and a way to collect the emails getting traffic is useless. You have to get everything in place before you start getting traffic.
Don’t underestimate this.
The 5 Pillars.
1. A squeeze page where you offer a free gift in exchange for email addresses.
Put a squeeze page on your website where folks can “opt in” to your list and become subscribers. Nearly ALL of your buyers will become subscribers first. So in order to get buyers, you need a squeeze page to set things in motion.
2. A 10 page PDF or video to give away. It should solve the same problem that your information product solves. It should make the subscribers want more of your trainings. The headline of the squeeze page will tell them your free giveaway will solve their problem.
For example:
Drive unlimited free traffic to your web page on demand today.
Lose 20 lbs in 10 days without dieting.
3. A product to sell. It can be an affiliate product or your own.
4. An autoresponder so you can email your list with information and offers. You will set it up with 5 to 20 emails some will be content emails and others will sell your product. Check out the autoresponder GetResponse here.
Your subscribers will fill out the autoresponder form (squeeze page) and the autoresponder will send a welcome email with link to free gift download page. On the download or thank you page you will have a back-end offer. Again, it can be yours or an affiliate offer but usually it is a high-end back end offer.
Use the autoresponder to send emails to your list so that you build trust and earn the respect that allows you to say when you offer a product, “you should buy this training because of what it will do for you” and your subscribers will trust that your product will work. If they don’t trust you, they won’t buy.
And if you don’t email them, they probably won’t develop trust.
5. A traffic source. Paid or free. At first you should concentrate on one or two traffic sources. You can have the best product in the world but if you have no traffic, no one ever hears about it so you make no sales.
You can get a million visits a month, but if you don’t have something to sell and a consistent way to sell it, you have no business, no money coming in. Find blog posts on traffic methods here.
You can have 100 products to sell but if no one is on your list to know about them, you have nothing.
That’s it. You don’t need anything else.
This sounds simple but it is the foundation of a sustainable internet business.
And I know it’s hard work.
3 Parts
Let’s look at the parts of this.
Once you have chosen your niche, there are about 3 parts:
1) Traffic that become subscribers
2) Subscribers who get emails from you
3) Product Sales
Let’s think about something here.
What I just shared was really simple, right?
But, it will take time.
And a lot of people equate time with hard work.
So, they won’t do it.

Notice that there is nothing flashy or faddish about it. (Earn $1000s overnight while sleeping without any work.)
Many of us read emails everyday to find out if there is another secret way to make money online. We want the one method that will work without any work or effort.
Sorry to say, there isn’t one.
Every time you get a sales letter that says “buy me and in a few days your life will be transformed” – you know that it won’t happen.
Sure, you can buy it to learn something from – and to add it to your system. For example, let’s say someone is telling you about some new traffic source that is going to triple your income overnight.
Okay, first accept that that is not true. It won’t do it.
You see, you only have so many hours each day to build your business.
If you spend that time reading emails to find some secret solution that is going to change your life (remember, it won’t) then you have less time for business building.
If you spend that time surfing or playing solitaire or chess or chatting or anything else – you have less time for business building.
