In case you don’t know Tom Brady is a 41 year old quarterback for the New England Patriots football team. (That is American football not soccer.)
I know a lot of football fans do not like Tom Brady but we don’t have to like him to learn a lot from him.
He has a health routine that is not sanctioned by his team.ย He believes in this routine and convinced the team to allow him to use this conditioning system. And he even has his own body coach.
Does it work?ย Well it works for him he is still going strong at 41.
He changed his perspective on the traditional model of strength and conditioning, which he believes has, in turn, prolonged his playing career.
He is considered one of the greatest quarterbacks of all time.
Did you know that during the 2019 playoffs he worked with his passing coach the week before a playoff game.ย Now why would Tom need a passing coach when he is considered the G.O.A.T (Greatest of All Time)ย Think about it.
If the G.O.A.T needs a coach, why wouldn’t you and I need a coach?ย I don’t know about you but I am not the G.O.A.T of Internet Marketing.
More importantly, I got a coach/mentor and he has helped me with my business and how to look at things differently.ย If what you are doing is not working maybe you should change things.
I would recommend that you get a coach for your online business.ย Here are two suggestions:
Will a coach guarantee your success?ย No. You have to do the work.
Here is a quote from Tom Brady’s book The TB12 Method, “Today, I look back and think, Thank God I did it differently.ย Thank God I had the courage to step outside the conventional wisdom. Thank God, I followed what my heart, body and mind was always telling me—that the things we were working on would allow me to do things that I always wanted to accomplish in my sport.”
Are you willing to take that step forward? Even though coaching costs money and time, in the long run it is usually worth it.
Another quote from The TB12 Method, “Few watching me play high school football or baseball or basketball would ever have predicted I would someday end up in the pros.”
